Hmmmm. This looks like the City Hall building in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Could it be?
City Hall in La Crosse it is! In my opinion, it is a spectacularly plain-looking building.
Yep, plain-looking tends to happen when one builds with concrete panels as they did with La Crosse's City Hall building. Why not something more ornate for a public building? Ha! That would cost more money so thumbs down on that idea, silly.
