Did you ever ride the ducks?
I did once at a family reunion, and it's fun.
I have one vivid memory of it. My aunt was sitting way up front and, as we plunged into the water, a gust of wind blew her big sun hat off. Everyone watched helplessly as it flew over their heads and then her husband, sitting all the way in the back, caught it. Everyone applauded, of course.

I got to ride the ducks, too. I remember the machine was very loud. And the duck rode very low in the water.
It was fun to go from land to water to land. From harsh bumping on the road to smooth wavy motions in the water.
